Terms of use

PhotoLeak is run by KaiForgeDigital in the United Kingdom. By creating a site, uploading photos or viewing a PhotoLeak site, you agree to these terms. If you have a question, email hello@photoleak.co.uk.

Your site

  • You can build and preview a site for free. Paying the one-off price makes it live, with a guest link and QR cards.
  • A live site stays up for 30 days, unless you buy an extension. After that it closes and its photos are deleted.
  • Each site holds up to 250 photos.
  • You are responsible for your site, including photos uploaded by helpers you invite and approve.

What you can upload

PhotoLeak is for good-natured fun. Before your site goes live, you confirm that the photos are fair game. You must only upload photos you have the right to share, and you must not upload anything that is:

  • sexually explicit, or shows nudity
  • of anyone under 18 in a way that is anything other than ordinary family or school photos
  • hateful, threatening, harassing or intended to cause real distress
  • illegal, or shows illegal activity
  • private information about anyone, such as addresses, documents or medical details

We may hide or remove photos, or close a site, that breaks these rules, without a refund.

Reports

Every guest site has a link to report it. We review every report and act on anything that breaks these terms.

Payments and refunds

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and paid by card through Stripe.
  • Because you can preview your whole site for free before paying, payments are not refundable once your site is live. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep PhotoLeak running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, for example if a venue has no signal. We are not responsible for the photos people upload. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown here when you use PhotoLeak.
