Print the cards
Download an A4 sheet of 8 QR cards titled “The Becca Files”, with the clearance code and their face in the middle of the QR code.
Leak it
Reveal the clearance code at the right moment. Guests scan, browse and react on their phones while the bride to be finds out what you found.

When to reveal it
Dinner on the first night is the classic. Put a card at each place setting with a sash or a prop, then reveal the code with a toast. The “Through the Years” album makes a great quiz: guess the year, then react.
- Collect photos weeks ahead. Her mum, sisters and old school friends are the goldmine.
- Turn it into a game: guests guess the year or the place before the caption is revealed.

Hen do FAQs
Can the bridesmaids share the admin?
Yes. Helpers can upload, and you approve their photos before guests see them.
Will the bride see it early?
Only once you share the code. Build and preview it for free beforehand.
Does it cost per guest?
No. One price for the site, however many guests scan the card.
Can we use it again at the wedding?
Yes, within 30 days of going live. Change the code from the control panel and hide anything that should stay on the hen do.
